Design / Build

We can look at your requirements for a building, a room, or whatever type of structure you require and help you to design and implement the systems necessary to create proper and consistent environmental needs. These systems will then be approved through a Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer. Not only will we design and engineer the systems necessary, but we will also install & maintain them for you.

Office Building - We designed and built an individual split system to replace an inefficient multi-zone unit, resulting in lower cost to the building owner.

One of the benefits of working with Anderson is that we are capable of completing your job in a turn-key fashion. We maintain the following licenses: B (General Contracting), C-20 (HVAC), C-10 (Electrical), C-38 (Refrigeration). We can help you with framing, roofing and electrical work, all in house.

Every system is different. You may need a system that keeps a room at a specific temperature or humidity. Or your needs may not be that complicated. Whatever it is, we'll help you to determine what systems and controls are most appropriate. We'll do all the blueprints and pull the permits for you too. Automated Control Systems ( Energy Management )

Automated Energy Management Controls

Automated Control Systems help you to manage your equipment and your environment through computer software that links all of your systems together and monitors all areas of your HVAC system. These systems, referred to as Energy Management Systems (EMS) can monitor several different "points" including temperature, humidity, lighting, irrigation. etc.

Sheet Metal Fabrication.

At Anderson Air, we have a complete, in-house, sheet metal fabrication shop. We do all of our own sheet metal work for air ducts, roof top plenums, custom built hoods, flashings, and other sheet metal.

Ventilation systems and duct work can be designed and custom built to your specifications. This includes sheet metal for air conditioning, heating, and other ventilation systems. We can also build exhaust systems, custom built hoods such as laminar flow, canopies, and other types of applications

Let Us Bid On Your Plans And Specifications

We are happy to bid on work that you've already had designed by an architect or mechanical engineer. We can build to your specifications and work with most equipment and control manufacturers. We'll work right off of the blueprints that you have already had done by your professional or mechanical engineer and help with valve engineering if needed.

This was a private school with over 45 packageed units complete with duct work and controls. We worked along side one the area's largest General Contractors to complete the project on time, on budget, & to the customer's satisfaction.
